I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The room, although across from the main property, had a beautiful view for an amazing sunrise, but its location next to the lift shaft felt a bit like a punishment. The service was flawless when it came to last-minute coordination for a private yacht and car rental, but basic local information seemed lacking. The stunning location with direct sea access was a major highlight, but some dining options were overrated and not worth the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was delightful, overlooking the sea, and the corner suite had a lovely bathroom and sitting area. It was incredibly silent thanks to the very thick glass door. Additionally, the room was spacious with a large terrace and swimming pool view from the hotel.

The service was excellent. The staff was very courteous and very efficient when checking us in, even though we arrived very early on a morning flight from the UK. They were so helpful and ready to assist with anything we needed.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was on the outskirts of Palma, allowing us easy access to the city while also exploring the South-west. The staff couldn't do enough for us, and the beautiful sea view from the windows made it even more special.
